1. Definitions

  • Business Days – Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in Poland.
  • Consumer – A natural person placing an order not directly related to their business/professional activity.
  • Buyer – Any entity placing an order in the store.
  • Privileged Buyer – A Consumer or a sole proprietor acting outside their core business activity.
  • Store – The online store available at bleyo.store.
  • Seller – BLEYO Sp. z o.o., as identified above.

3. Technical Requirements

To use the store and place an order, the following are required:

  • An internet-connected device
  • A modern browser supporting JavaScript and cookies
  • A valid email address

4. Placing Orders

  • Product prices shown include all taxes and are final.
  • The total cost includes product price and delivery (if applicable).
  • To place an order, add a product to the cart, choose delivery and payment methods, and provide necessary data.
  • Order placement constitutes a binding sales agreement.
  • Customers may shop with or without registering an account.

5. Payment

Accepted payment methods:

  • Bank transfer (prepayment)
  • Cash on delivery (cash or card)

For bank transfers, payment must be made within 7 business days of order placement.

By placing an order, the Buyer agrees to receive electronic invoices.

6. Order Fulfillment

  • Delivery time: 2–4 business days.
  • Orders are processed after payment is received (if prepayment selected).
  • Delivery method: courier service.
  • Personal pickup is available at our office during business hours.

7. Right of Withdrawal

Privileged Buyers may withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period starts from:

  • Receiving the product, or
  • Receiving the last part of the order (if delivered in parts)

To withdraw, send a clear statement (email or letter) to the Seller’s contact details. Use of the withdrawal form is optional.

Returned products must be sent to:

Buyers cover the return shipping cost.

8. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

Withdrawal is not permitted for:

  • Custom-made products
  • Perishable items
  • Sealed items that cannot be returned for health/hygiene reasons once unsealed
  • Items inseparably mixed with others
  • Opened media/software in sealed packaging
  • Newspapers/magazines (except subscriptions)
  • Products with fluctuating prices beyond Seller’s control

9. Complaints and Returns

Privileged Buyers have the right to:

  • Repair or replacement of defective goods
  • Price reduction or withdrawal from the contract (under certain conditions)

Complaints can be submitted via email or post.

In case of a return, the Seller covers return shipping costs for defective items.

Response time: within 14 days of receiving the complaint.

10. Personal Data

The data controller is BLEYO Sp. z o.o.

Data is processed to:

  • Fulfill orders
  • Maintain records for legal purposes
  • Manage complaints and support
  • Send marketing messages (with consent)

11. Final Provisions

  • It is prohibited to submit illegal content through the store.
  • Each purchase is a separate agreement.
  • Polish law applies to all agreements.
  • The Buyer’s local consumer rights always apply where relevant.
  • Disputes will be resolved by competent courts based on the Seller’s registered address (unless consumer law states otherwise).
