Your satisfaction is our priority. At bleyo.store, every customer has the right to return a product within 14 days and to file a complaint in case of a defective item. Below you’ll find all the important details.

🔄 Returns – Step by Step

You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to withdraw from the purchase without giving any reason.

How to return a product?

  1. Fill in the return form:
    – at the end of our store regulations
    – included in every package)
  2. Pack the product – preferably in its original packaging, secured for transport. Place the completed return form inside the parcel.
  3. Attach the return label – it’s included with the shipment.
    If it’s missing, contact us and we’ll email you a new one.
  4. Ship the package using the courier listed on the return label.
